How do you schedule appointments in my calendar?

We work with all major practice management software (PMS) systems including Dentrix, OpenDental, EagleSoft, SoftDent and more. During onboarding, we will create work instructions for your specific office so our Patient Coordinators are informed and empowered to serve your patients and practice well.

Does your service replace one of more of my staff members?

Is a long-term contract required?

What’s the cost?

Appointment generating outbound calls are billed on an hourly rate of $36 per hour. Simply identify the number of patients you’d like us to contact, or hours you’d like our team to call and we will support you appropriately.
